Your purchase

USD $249 one time for one named NinjaTrader user's personal-use license to EDGE NQ Breakout Scalper version 1.x. No recurring subscription. Your final charged amount and currency are shown at checkout. This purchase is separate from the AI platform subscriptions and EDGE credits. It includes the compiled installer, setup guide, installation/licensing email support and any version 1.x fixes we release. It does not include source code, future major versions, market data, brokerage service or platform fees.

Compatibility and evidence

NinjaTrader 8 Desktop for Windows, licensing version 8.1.5.0 or newer; installer exported with 8.1.8.2. NQ futures, standard one-minute bars, one contract per instance, Central Time. Other instruments or configurations are unsupported. The inspected assembly is 1.0.0.1 with source label 1.0.0-rc1. The owner reported successful compile and licensed historical execution; 1,420 supplied historical trades matched the original export. Additional clean-install and simulated order-lifecycle checks were not performed. This is not evidence of live trading reliability or future returns.

Activation and delivery

Enter your purchase email and NinjaTrader account email correctly at checkout. We manually activate your NinjaTrader license and release download access within two business days after cleared payment and receipt of correct account details. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Activation is not instant. Delayed payment methods must clear first. Sign in or create a website account using your purchase email at My strategy orders to view status and download after activation. A website subscription is not required. Contact support with your order reference if activation is late or either email needs correction. Never send passwords or API keys.

License scope

You receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable personal-use license without a scheduled expiration for the purchased version, subject to these terms. Do not distribute, sell, share activation or publish the software or its source. Required NinjaTrader licensing services and compatible platform access remain external dependencies. We do not promise perpetual compatibility with future platform changes. A refund ends the license. Misuse or payment disputes may require a license review; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Refunds and support

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing support with your Stripe order reference. We will process eligible requests within five business days; bank posting times vary. If we cannot provide activation, you may request cancellation and a full refund before delivery. Stop using the software after refund and remove your installed copy. We provide installation and licensing support by email, not managed trading, account monitoring or custom strategy development.

Trading risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk. You can lose all or more than your initial investment. Automated trading requires monitoring; stops and session controls cannot guarantee execution prices or account loss limits. Historical simulations are hypothetical, exclude some real-world conditions and may benefit from hindsight. No profits, performance or suitability are promised. You decide whether to enable trading and remain responsible for your account, configuration and orders. We recommend evaluating in simulation before considering live use.
